Earlier this year, Snaptrude launched it’s first competition for the design community, The Tiny House Competition. The response we received was stunning, with hundreds of participants and $600 worth of prizes for the winners. After this success, we’ve decided to kick it up a notch. Snaptrude is very excited to announce our newest competition for the Yagachi Resort Masterplan. The Yagachi River starts near the picturesque hill city of Chikmagalur in Southern India. Snaptrude Inc., in association with Access Developers Pvt. Ltd. invites students and professionals in Architecture and Design to design and develop a master plan for the resort using Snaptrude, our proprietary cloud based design solution for the AEC Industry.

December 16, 2021, Super Typhoon Rai, locally known as Typhoon Odette, made landfall in the Philippines. The storm was unexpectedly powerful, undergoing what is called “rapid intensification” the day before making landfall, which is becoming characteristic of tropical storms occurring in our warming climate. With winds of up to 195 km/h and gusts of 260 km/h, the storm was comparable to a category five hurricane when it hit.

When a student migrates to another city or a state for pursuing higher education finding a suitable accommodation located near the institute and offers basic amenities is a primary concern.
